I joined the Clipper City Co-op shortly after the membership drive began, and quickly learned that it was a perfect fit for what I believe in. I firmly believe that our world revolves around food, and what we put into our bodies matters, more than we will ever know. Eating healthy, local and as organic as we can manage is important to us, and we strive to be apart of the local food movement in any way way we can. Shopping at the farmers market for anything we can, including fresh produce and local organic meats, along with supporting other local vendors, we do what we can to support our communities food suppliers.
I currently volunteer for the co-op working on the communications committee with many other wonderful people and I am excited to see the progress that we make over time!
