Cath Pape is described as a passionate community social justice advocate, engaged in the local food movement. She is a respected event coordinator, working to build the local coalition of growers and eaters to expand farm to table and regional food procurement. Cath is a talented, values driven, self-motivated team leader with perceptive community development skills. She contributes an enthusiastic, creative communication style and a strength-based solution-focused problem solving approach to the Clipper City Co-op team. Cath has over 20 years of grant coordination experience including managing staff, volunteers, college interns as well as overseeing budgets, policies, procedures and grant guidelines. She enjoys camping, kayaking, music and spending time with friends and family, especially her granddaughter.
