"Tom and I are excited to become seed members of the Clipper City Co-op, and grateful to be on the ground level of something so profound and needed in the community. We believe the coop represents much more than a place to offer quality choices for local clean eating. The importance of building a community where everyone is invited,welcomed and can become involved is a cause that is near and dear to our hearts. By building community we remember the importance of being connected, within the connection possibilities are endless. We are honored to witness the unfoldment and be a small part nurturing those possibilities. We are proud of how far the Coop has come thus far and extremely grateful to all those that have been planting the seeds for the last several years." Gina is the owner of Balance on Buffalo, downtown Manitowoc.
